Please note the difference between OnePlus 7/7T Pro 4G and OnePlus 7/7T Pro 5G phones.
We currently don’t have any maintainers for OnePlus 7 Pro 4G or all OnePlus 7 Series 5G models, proceed with caution!
OnePlus 7/7T Pro 5G devices currently seem to have numerous issues (ex. being stuck at fastboot, among other things) that are not fixed yet.
Make sure your device already has it’s bootloader unlocked and third-party recovery installed (TWRP or OrangeFox, etc)
Please make sure your device runs OxygenOS 10 (Android 10) or OxygenOS 11 (Android 11) vendor firmware or custom ROMs based on the OxygenOS 10 or OxygenOS 11 vendor firmware!
Note the difference between Operating System and vendor firmware.
Operating System means the whole Android Operating System with it’s bootloader and all necessary firmware files. (basically the full ROM zips for your device)
Vendor firmware only means your bootloader with all necessary firmware files without the Operating System! (this vendor firmware only includes files like boot.img, xbl.img etc.)
This standalone vendor firmware is useful if you are already running a Custom ROM.Support for other firmware versions like OxygenOS 9 and OxygenOS 12 is currently being tested but not confirmed to be working properly. Proceed with caution if you are running one of these firmware versions.

NOTE: don’t try flashing this OS to your OnePlus 7 Pro 4G, your device might end up in Qualcomm Emergency Download (EDL) mode.
Mirror links for OxygenOS vendor firmware for OnePlus 7T Pro 4G:
NOTE: don’t try flashing this vendor firmware to your OnePlus 7 Pro 4G, your device might end up in Qualcomm Emergency Download (EDL) mode.
NOTE: OnePlus 7 Pro 4G (guacamole) doesn’t have a proper maintainer right now!
There are currently Qualcomm CrashDump issues on this device due to the touchscreen driver and USB might not work for you.ALSO NOTE: drivers and UEFI are paired to each other but are not currently being released at the same time! Whole universal support for both OnePlus 7 Pro 4G (guacamole) and OnePlus 7T Pro 4G (hotdog) is still work in progress!
You have been warned and can proceed further.

Driver pack: msmnile-Drivers
Applies for both OnePlus 7 Pro 4G and OnePlus 7T Pro 4G
Don’t get scared if you see “Surface Duo” devices on your OnePlus device. The driver names are just a cosmetic thing and they don’t affect performance.
Don’t forget to follow these necessary steps from Step 3.2 Modem provisioning on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 phones to get cellular data and SMS to work on your device.
